Most business websites are slow, look like every other business website, and quietly lose the leads they were built to win. I build the alternative: fast, hand-coded sites in Next.js, designed around the one action you need a visitor to take. No page builders, no theme to fight, no agency layer between you and the person writing the code.

Custom coded,
completely yours

Nothing here is a template with your logo dropped into it, and nothing about the finished site depends on staying with me. You own the code, the domain and the accounts, and you can hand the whole thing to anyone else tomorrow.

  • One person designs and codes it. You always talk to whoever made the thing you are asking about.
  • No WordPress, no page builder, no theme licence that expires. If something is not needed, it is not in there.
  • If you ever want to move on, everything transfers. That is the point of owning it rather than renting it.
  • Fully custom

Every page designed and coded for your business. No theme, no page builder, no layout that fifty other companies are also using.

  • You own all of it

The code, the domain and the hosting account are in your name from the first day, not rented from me.

  • Nothing to renew

No theme licence, no plugin subscriptions, no monthly fee just to keep the site online.

  • Fast on a phone

Pages are prepared ahead of time and served as plain files, so they open quickly on mobile data rather than after a loading spinner.

  • Built to be found

Search engines are given the real page, not an empty shell. Sitemaps, share cards and the technical groundwork are part of the build.

  • The tools, if you ask

Next.js and React for the site, GSAP for the motion. Worth knowing your developer can name them; not worth you having to care.

Behind D Tech Studio

One person.
Full ownership.

D Tech Studio is run by one person and that is intentional. Every project you bring here is handled directly by me, from the first discovery call to the final launch. No handoffs to juniors, no account managers in between, just focused work and full accountability on every single build.

I have spent 5+ years designing and developing websites for brands that care about performance. I started D Tech Studio to do that work on my own terms, with full ownership over every pixel and every line of code I ship.

What changes

The decisions that
do the selling

Every build here started with one question: what is the visitor actually deciding on this screen? These are some of the answers.

  • Open with their problem, not your pitch

Smay's first screen names the frustration the reader arrived with. Nothing is sold until they have already agreed with it.

    Smay

  • Put proof where the doubt is

Gloobies answers every practical worry a parent has immediately after the emotional pitch, and asks for nothing before that.

    Gloobies

  • Two audiences, two separate paths

The Summer Show sells to entrants and to sponsors without ever making them compete for the same screen.

    The Summer Show

  • Show the price before the click

Essentials by Dee shows two photographs and a price on every product, because a first-time buyer's real question is whether the brand is real.

How it goes

Four steps,
no surprises

  1. Vision

We start with your business, not your website: who is buying, what they are deciding, and what a good month actually looks like. You leave the first call with a written plan and a number, not a proposal deck.

  2. Build

Design and code happen together, in the browser, on a preview link you can open at any point. You see it grow instead of waiting three weeks for a reveal, and changes are cheap while it is still moving.

  3. Quality assurance

Before anything goes live it gets the same audit I run on other people's sites: Core Web Vitals on a real phone, every page checked for server-rendered HTML, structured data validated, forms tested end to end, and every link, share card and favicon confirmed. You get the report, pass or fail.

    • Core Web Vitals, measured on a throttled phone
    • Server-rendered HTML on every route, not just the meta tags
    • Structured data validated against what the page really says
    • Forms, booking and every outbound link, tested end to end
    • Share card, favicon and canonical, per page
    • Keyboard, contrast and reduced-motion pass
  4. Launch

Domain, hosting, analytics and the handover. The repository is on your account, the deploy is yours, and two weeks of post-launch support come with it so the small things that always surface get fixed by the person who built it.

Free, no strings

A free audit of
your current site

Same checklist as step three, run on the site you already have. You get a short written report and a loom walking through it. If nothing needs fixing I will tell you that, and there is nothing to buy at the end of it.

Reports usually land within two working days.

  • What your site scores on a real phone, on real mobile data
  • Whether search engines are given your content or an empty page
  • The three things costing you the most enquiries, in order
  • What it would take to fix each one, and roughly what that is worth
Pricing

Simple and
honest pricing

Builds start at $999. Past that it depends on how many pages there are and what has to work behind them, so every project gets its own quote after a short call rather than a number guessed from a table.

Got questions?

Frequently asked
questions

  • How long does a website take?

Most custom sites go from kickoff to launch in two to four weeks. Larger multi-page builds land in four to eight. If you are working to a hard date, say so on the first call and I will tell you honestly whether it fits.

  • What does it cost to work with you?

Builds start at $999. What it lands at depends on how many pages there are and what has to work behind them, so every project is quoted on its own after a short call. One-time builds and monthly plans both exist, and you get a firm number before anything starts.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Upfront or in instalments, depending on the project value and the timeline. Tell me what works for the cash flow and we will structure it around that.

  • What do you build on?

Everything is custom coded rather than assembled from a theme, using Next.js and React. No WordPress, no page builder, no licence to renew. The code, the domain and the hosting account are all in your name, so nothing about the finished site is locked to me.

  • Do I need designs before you start?

No. Design and build are the same job here, so most projects start from your business and a conversation rather than from a file. If you already have designs or a brand book, I will work to them.

  • Will I be able to update the site myself?

Yes, where it makes sense. Anything you will genuinely edit often goes into a CMS you can log into. Anything you will touch twice a year stays in code, because a CMS field you never use is just another thing that can break.

  • Will it actually be found in search?

Every page is server-rendered, which is what a crawler reads. Sitemaps, robots, canonicals, structured data and per-page share cards are part of the build, not an upsell. I check the rendered HTML on every deploy, because a site can look perfect in a browser and send a search engine an empty page.

  • What happens after launch?

Two weeks of post-launch support are included for the small things that always surface. After that there is an optional monthly plan for hosting, updates and performance monitoring, and you are never obliged to take it.
